JRB were invited to create a very large super prime new build in West Sussex.Designed by award winning John Pardey Architects, and spread over 600sqm and on 3 split levels, this single storey private house is set on 5 acres next to a pond and woodland.
Bay House
Set on the shoreline of Key Haven in Dorset, Bay House is a stunning 2 storey private super prime house currently in construction and due to be delivered in Autumn 2025. The project involves piling and steel frame, at its core and timber clad with large Sky-Frame windows across the 1st floor to capture the incredible views of the Solent and Isle of Wight.
